Lifepod Art Studio is a safe space for doing expressive art.  Expressive art engages the whole brain in the process of art  making.  In its simplest form it is a pleasurable involvement in a variety of art forms which could include making art, music ,movement  and story telling  The total involvement of  yourself  in  these art forms  often leads to surprising incites and improved problem solving.  The focus is on the process  and not the artistic value of the completed project.  Previous art experience or artistic skill is not required.
